Set up your Fenloz workspace to capture leads, manage conversations, and launch conversion workflows in a single operating system.

Before you begin

This guide walks through the fastest path to getting value from Fenloz.

You should have:

  • A clear conversion goal for your team
  • Access to the channels where inbound demand already appears
  • A short list of required users for your first workspace

Step 1: Create your workspace

  1. Visit fenloz.com/signup
  2. Submit your access request and team details
  3. Complete onboarding once access is approved
  4. Create your first workspace and invite core team members

Step 2: Define your lead pipeline

  1. Create the key stages your team will use
  2. Assign ownership rules for each stage
  3. Add required fields for qualification and follow-up
  4. Set alerts for stalled opportunities

Step 3: Set up your first conversion page

Use the funnel and page builder to launch quickly:

  • Start with a template that matches your campaign intent
  • Customize value proposition, trust proof, and call to action
  • Add lead capture forms mapped to your pipeline
  • Configure confirmation and follow-up behavior

Step 4: Connect social workflows

  1. Connect your social channel workflow in Fenloz
  2. Configure routing for new messages and inquiries
  3. Add automation rules for common response patterns
  4. Define escalation conditions for human handoff

Step 5: Configure storefront and conversion tracking

  1. Add products and offer details
  2. Configure order and coupon behavior
  3. Link conversion events to your reporting workflow
  4. Validate that lead and order events stay connected

Step 6: Launch your first workflow

  1. Publish your first page or campaign entry point
  2. Trigger a full test from inbound inquiry to pipeline update
  3. Verify team notifications and ownership rules
  4. Confirm analytics are recording key actions
